There are a number of ads that have popped up in various forms of media for an acne free home treatment and this is a good thing. For many people, cost factors greatly into their purchasing decisions and when a product is priced so far out of their affordability range then they are without recourse to their current situation. For example, many quality over the counter acne products can cost upwards of $8. This can be way out of the price range of a number of people who would greatly appreciate information on acne free home treatment.

So, is there really such a thing as an acne free home treatment? Well, yes and no. If by acne free home treatment one is referring to a treatment that one can whip up and use it as an alternative to spending excessive money on an over the counter or prescription product then the answer is yes. If by acne free home treatment one is referring to a method of treating acne that can be performed without reaching into one's pocket the answer is no. After all, there is really nothing that is completely free but there are those things that can come with a nominal cost.

So, how about an example of an acne free home treatment? Well, here is more than one example of an acne free home treatment. Here are a few: mixing lemon juice with boiled milk and applying it on the face has been used as a treatment; if you are not adapt at mixing things then putting "straight" mint juice on the face can prove effective; creating a paste with lemon juice and groundnut oil and leaving it on one's face for 15 minutes is an option as well; and using papaya juice as an acne free home treatment for scarring is common as well. Of course, there are many other methods but these are the most common. And, of course, they can all be made with very little cost making them attractive to those on a budget and a desire to avoid pharmaceuticals.

There may be a need for a little trial and error with these home based acne treatment methods. If one does not work then it is advised to try another one. If the acne condition does not subside no matter what natural treatment is used then it may be best to consult with a qualified physician.
